Our Production Units
IFFCO houses 5 state-of-the-art production units, placed strategically for easy access to shipping docks and raw materials. Out of the five plants, three plants are commissioned for production of Urea, one plant for NPK/DAP and one plant for NPK/DAP & Phosphoric Acid Fertiliser.
The Ammonia Plant at Kalol was mechanically completed on March 15, 1974 with a capacity of 910 MT per day.
Situated near the Rann of Kutch and Kandla port this is one of the most modern phosphatic fertiliser production units in the world today
Phulpur Unit came into existence on 16th January. Spread across 1068 acres, Phulpur Unit has a capacity of over 17 lakh MT

Situated at Paradeep- the deepest natural port on the East coast of India, the IFFCO Paradeep plant is the world’s largest grassroots DAP plant
As a part of IFFCO’s effort in fulfilling the vision of the Government of India to reduce usage of chemical fertilisers, sustainable crop production.
Government of India has been promoting sustainable Agriculture and guiding the farmers to “reduce the use of chemical fertilisers” in the country.
IFFCO has established its Nano Fertilizer Plant (NFP) with state-of-the-art technology at Phulpur, Prayagraj with production capacity of 2 Lakh 500 ml bottles per day of Liquid Nano Urea.
