Nano Fertiliser Plant - Phulpur
IFFCO has established its Nano Fertilizer Plant (NFP) with state-of-the-art technology at Phulpur, Prayagraj with production capacity of 2 Lakh 500 ml bottles per day of Liquid Nano Urea.
The NFP unit got commissioned on 23rd December, 2022 & It was “Dedicated to Nation” on 14th Feb, 2023 by Dr. Mansukh Mandaviya, Honourable Minister of Health, Family Welfare and Chemicals & Fertilizers of India.
The Nano Fertilizer Plant has major three Sections-
- Bottle & Cap Manufacturing Section - This Section is for manufacturing of empty bottles & caps with capacity of 2.52 lakh bottles & 3.65 lakh caps per day.
- Bottling Section - This Section is to fill & pack the bottles of Liquid Nano Urea with a capacity of 270 bottles/min.
- Production Section - This section is for producing Liquid Nano Urea 100 KL per day.
