IKSEZ is a wholly owned subsidiary of IFFCO and is based on the concept of a multi-product Special Economic Zone (SEZ). It is spread across 2,777 acres in Nellore, Andhra Pradesh and has well developed infrastructure for setting up industrial units with ready availability of power, water, internal and peripheral roads, street lighting, office space, security and other amenities. It is strategically located with good access by road, rail, air and sea.
During the FY 2025-26, IKSEZ made significant progress with the industrial park obtaining approval under ‘the Andhra Pradesh Policy for Establishment of Private Industrial Parks with Plug and Play Industrial Infrastructure (4.0) 2024-29’ after completion of all the procedural processes.
